Are you tired of looking into the mirror and looking at a fat face? Are you constantly being teased about being fat just because of your face? If you've ever found yourself in a similar situation and have still been unable to find the solution to your problem, don't lose hope! In fact, here's some good news: You don’t have to live with a fat face! There are things that you can do to lose face fat, and you can start right now!
Before you can get started with the actual process of losing face fat, you first have to know where it all comes from. Quoting Ebony Marshall, author of Pretty Perfect, “Like other excess fats that are in other parts of the body, face fat is there because it gets stored there.” By watching the things you eat, you can help avoid adding to the current fat in your face. Try to eat healthily so that you don’t have excess fat that might get stored in your face or any part of your body.
Now you are ready to start.
First, make sure that the fat on your face is actually fat. Some people have puffy faces and this is mistaken as fat. You may just be bloated. Bloating occurs when the body tries to retain water. It often does this when it doesn't have enough. The easiest way to deal with this is to simply drink more water. Once you have enough water in your system, your body will stop storing water and you should see a reduction in bloating.
Second, if you can lose body fat through exercise then you are likely to be able to lose face fat through exercise as well. There are a number of facial exercises you can do that will help you make sure your face muscles get some exercise. If there is a particular area of your face that seems to have more fat (like your cheeks), then make use of exercises that target that area. You can either use specific exercises or use exercises which target the whole face. It does not really matter which one you choose, the most important thing is that you actually exercise your face.
To lose face fat through exercise is something that takes time. If you do not immediately get the results you want, don’t be discouraged. Be patient and just keep exercising. Eventually, you will see that slowly your face is getting slimmer.
There are a lot of helpful information you'll find in this book that's all about helping you achieve your goal of a beautiful and glowing face. From exercises, to beauty foods, make up and hairstyles, this eBook offers a comprehensive approach is presented in layman’s terms, so this is definitely a must-read. How to Get Rid of a Double Chin (Say Goodbye Forever!)
Of all the fat in the body, the double chin is usually the toughest to beat. Everyone has fat underneath their chin, this is normal. However, when you are on the chubby side, and the fat deposit under your chin fills up, the muscle can sag, leaving you with a double chin.
Apart from that, there are three main causes of double chins. Based on Ebony Marshall's book, Pretty Perfect (a book which teaches people how to tone their way to slimmer faces) these causes of a double chin are genetics, the slackening of the facial muscles, and a poor diet (specifically poor calorie-intake). Nothing but surgery can help the first cause, but if your double chin is due to the other two items, you can follow these tips:
Exercise … your whole body. You probably love food, and your metabolism probably loves it too, that’s why it hoards it in every possible way. Since there is a natural fat storage space underneath your chin, your body will deposit some of its excess fat in this area. You can reverse this process is you burn more calories than you take in. Often, we need to lose excess body weight in order to lose double chin fat.
Lose the alcohol – drink lots of water instead. Look at beer and alcohol chuggers. Notice how most of them have beer bellies AND double chin fat? Drop the alcohol today. It only bloats and dehydrates you. When you drink a lot of water, you can burn or melt away excess fat. Start drinking it today!
Eat fruits and vegetables. 3 servings with each of the 3 major meals of the day. Fruits and veggies are rich in vitamins and minerals, makes for a wonderful source of fiber, and keeps you hydrated. Plus, they naturally protect your skin against wrinkles!
Keep your jaw and facial muscles in motion. Always chewing can be taxing, but it’s an effective way of keeping fat from settling under your chin. Have some gum with you so that you can chew away at any time of the day. Sugar-free gum works best; never get the regular, kids’ kind as that would be too full of unnecessary sugar.
Exercise the platysma. This particular muscle group spawns over the lower jaw, neck and throat. It is also the main muscle which must be exercised in order to help get rid of a double chin. Open your mouth as wide as you can, then pull your bottom lip over your bottom teeth – which makes you look like you lost all those teeth. Hold it for a couple of seconds before gently relaxing those muscles. This may also make you look like an idiot, so make sure to do this exercise within the confines of your room.

How to Get Cheekbones that Are Perfect
If you've been reading magazines or watching television the past 100 years, you are likely to have noticed that all the models or actresses you see have perfect cheekbones. Where do these women come from? How do they find them? We ask these questions because the truth of the matter is that most women are not blessed with perfect cheekbones. So we sit back and sigh, wishing we had better genes.
Well, it's time to sit back up! Ebony Marshall, author of Pretty Perfect claims perfect cheekbones can be achieved. There are many tricks and techniques, many of which are used by these beautiful models and actresses. Check out some of the following and see which one works best for you.
MAKE UP. Make-up can be your best friend if you want to get perfect cheekbones, and quick. Although this is a temporary solution that goes as soon as you wash your face, it's ideal for a quick fix. By using the right blush application technique, you can highlight your cheekbones to make them appear higher and fuller than they really are. An important thing to remember, aside from using the right technique is to use the right shade of blush as well. Something too far from your skin tone will be very obvious. Remember that a bronzer is always a safe alternative when it comes to highlighting features on darker skin while shades of pink are good for lighter skin.
Surgery is another option for those who want permanent prefect cheekbones. Silicon implants can be inserted into your cheeks through an incision in the gum line. There are many things you need to consider if you are leaning towards this option to get better cheekbones. Money is certainly something that you will need to have. Operations can range from $2,500 up depending on the surgeon and where you will be having the surgery. You also want to think closely about this due to the risks and permanence of the results.
Non surgical treatments are another possibility for getting perfect cheekbones. There are many substances which can be injected into your cheek area to plump it up. Botox, collagen injections and other steroids may be used as cheekbone fillers. Injected directly in the cheek area, these treatments will show results almost immediately. However, this is not permanent and may need to be redone after several months, when the effects wear off. Some people may also be allergic to the substances used in such procedures.
Facial Exercise is a natural way that you can get perfect cheekbones. These are exercises that you do to tone the muscles in your cheeks, accentuating the cheekbones. There are no side effects to his and, it is cost friendly too. The effects are long lasting just as long as you maintain the exercises on a regular basis. The only problem is that results may take longer to see as compared to the other options.
The question on how to get cheekbones is in your hands. You have many options available to you, and it's up to you to figure out what you're most comfortable with. Once you choose, you'll be ready to compete with all the other girls on television and magazines.

Finding the Right Chubby Face Hairstyles for You
Having chubby cheeks can be really annoying. People often regard you as chubby, simply because of your cheeks! This is really unfair, especially when you work hard to keep your weight down. If only there was a way you could lose the chubby face!!
Guess what? You can! There are chubby face hairstyles that are perfect at making your face seem slimmer.
According to Ebony Marshall, author of Pretty Perfect “Chubby faces or chubby cheeks reduce the length of your neck, giving you a round face shape. So talk to your hairstylist about chubby face hairstyles that create the illusion of having an oval face instead of a round one.” Though your stylist is a great source of information when it comes to chubby face hairstyles, make sure you do some of your own research as well.
Go for bangs!
Off-center and side-swept bangs that fall just by the eyebrows are perfect hairstyles for chubby faces. Avoid straight or baby bangs as these will only emphasize the roundness of your face. Wispy, willowy bangs are a top choice for both hair stylist and client as it not only frames the face, but it also gives a very feminine look.
Avoid short hair styles (above the chin) …
Short and super short hairstyles, while great on some people may emphasize the roundness of the face, so these aren't really recommended for chubby people.
… But, if you really, really want it short …
Try a getting a bob where the tips of the hair end just by the chin so that it frames your face exactly and gives the illusion of you having an oval face. I know of many people who were happy to have been able to pull it off. If you're adventurous, you can try it too.
Also, if you don't want a bob, but would still like shorter hair, ask your stylist to leave some volume on the top of the head. Ask them to cut and make sure there are long layers, concentrate more of the layering on one side. This should stop just above the ear.
Put some volume in your hair.
Try to make your top look bigger, or at least bigger than the sides of your hair. It will draw attention up and away from your cheeks and chin, making people focus on your eyes. This is the reason why layering is recommended for chubby faced people.
Off-center part.
Whatever your hair style, part your hair on the side. It doesn’t matter what side, as long as you don’t part it at the center (parting at the center emphasizes chubby faces). A 1 to 2 inch part off-center can create the most flattering look.
Curly?
Do not get a rounded cut as this will only emphasize the roundness of your face. Again, turn to layering to provide a solution for this. Since you have curly hair, shoulder length hair or longer than shoulder length hair is recommended.

Face Lift – Non Surgical Treatments
Rhytidectomy is a cosmetic surgery procedure that leaves the patient with a more youthful appearance. It involves the surgical removal of wrinkles or the removal of excess facial skin, and the repositioning if the skin. Specifically, it is done to the skin on a patient's face and neck. Despite its popularity and effectiveness, many people who want the benefits of the procedure are afraid to go under the knife. Luckily, there are now less scary non-invasive options. There are now non-surgical face lifts.
Contrary to popular belief, non-surgical face lifts are better when compared to the more traditional kind. First, non surgical face lifts are less expensive. The healing time is considerably less. The physical difficulties that are side effects of traditional face lifts no longer need to be dealt with, which is great for patients with active lifestyles.
That said, here are some of the new treatments up for grabs:
Thermage
This is a skin tightening procedure which is used to reduce the signs of sagging skin and wrinkles; not just on the face but on other parts of the body as well. The process aims to heat the dermis via radiofrequency energy (the deeper layer of the skin) to induce a “healing” process. This is said to trigger collagen production while remodeling the existing collagen, making the underlying tissues contract, tightening skin.
There are currently few studies with regard to its long term effects. It is a fairly new procedure, and long term results are yet to be studied. There have been reports, however, that Thermage treatments help reduce sagging skin on the abdomen, butt, thighs, and upper arms – all of which tend to sag. Cellulite is also said to decrease when treated in this manner, though there is very little evidence that can substantiate the claim.
Generally, only one Thermage treatment is required. The cost varies between $500 to $5,000, depending on where you are and what you need treated. It takes about an hour to perform the procedure, and possible side effects (such as redness and swelling, or a white, blanched look) usually disappear in a couple of days.
Laser Face Lift
No cutting, scarring or anesthesia – this is what a laser face lift offers. Doctors tighten the outer layers of the skin and resurface it as well. The non-surgical, safe laser may cause minor discoloration and sensitivity after treatment, but it disappears in about a week. The patient leaves the doctor’s office, knowing that he/she will be a more radiant and youthful looking person with fewer fine lines and wrinkles.
Microcurrent Face Lift
In this procedure, gentle electric currents stimulate a natural cellular reaction in hopes for cell regeneration, and to trigger the production of collagen and elastin. The skin is said to tighten, similar to other procedures, but others claim that there are other varied bonus effects. Among these are skin rejuvenation, exfoliation, a reduction in sun damage, and a more even skin tone.
These treatments have shown great promise, but you have to remember that effects can vary from patient to patient due to differences in skin type, lifestyle, and genetics. Ebony Marshall author of Pretty Perfect and skinny face expert says “What works fabulously for one person may not work as well for you. Talk to your dermatologist and have them determine your skin type. It will also help to tell them about your parent's or siblings' skin types so they have a good idea of how your skin may react.”

Do Facial Exercises Work?
You may have already heard of facial exercises and maybe you've seen examples of some of them. The question most people ask, though, is if they work? After all, not one wants to spend time on something that will prove to be fruitless.
The battle over whether or not facial exercises work is greatly divided. Companies and manufacturers of anti-aging products often tell people that facial exercises are a scam or that there are no proven effects. On the other hand, people who have been doing facial exercises regularly or who teach facial exercises, often tell others that they do work.
Perhaps the best way to find out whether or not facial exercises really do work is to go beyond the exercises themselves and learn about the structure of the face. This was the method applied by Ebony Marshall, author of Pretty Perfect and facial exercise advocate. Marshall's book explains that our face is composed of skin, muscles and tissues. There are about 60 facial muscles quilted over our faces which are responsible for facial expressions and other facial movements. These muscles are interconnected and work hand in hand with each other, they are also directly connected to the skin.
Facial exercises claim to work by toning the different muscles in the face. As we age, it becomes natural for the muscles in the facial area (as well as other parts of the body) to become longer and lose their tone. This is what will account for the many changes that you see on your face such as lines and wrinkles. Muscles in all parts of the body have the ability to be toned and regain their muscle tone even after it has been lost. The same can be said about facial muscles. After all, any muscle that is worked out will regain its tone and elasticity.
With constant facial exercises, the muscles will strengthen. Now, because the skin is directly connected to the muscles beneath it, when the muscles are toned, the skin stretches as well. In effect lines and wrinkles are reduced.
Unlike products which aim to reduce or eliminate wrinkles by working on the skin’s surface, facial exercise goes beneath and hits the problem where it starts. Topical products do not have the ability to penetrate the skin all the way to the muscles, so their effects are limited to the skin above. On the other hand, facial exercises will work from the inside.
Understanding how facial exercises work and how the face works helps us understand the process of eliminating wrinkles and lines on the face. Based on logic, it is safe to say that facial exercises do work and that it can help deal with aging. So start exercising your face today.

Each day, you wake up, you look into the mirror, and you see your face. If you are like most people, you want something pleasant to look at. As the years pass, the reality of aging brings about many different changes to our faces. Wrinkles, fine lines and loose skin are some of the things that you will find in that mirror as you get older.
Ebony Marshall, author of the eBook Pretty Perfect says “Just because aging and its effects are a reality, it does not mean that you have to live with it. There are many ways that you can fight aging and its effects. Exercises for face muscles is one of the best things that you can do to help fight against the signs of aging.”
The following basic exercises for your face can help tighten and tone the muscles to prevent them from sagging and pulling down on your skin. These will also help stimulate blood flow, which will give you a youthful glow.
Scrunch your face up making sure that your forehead is furrowed, your eyes and mouth are tightly closed and your nose is crinkled. Hold this position for about five seconds, then relax your face and open your eyes and mouth as wide as you can. Close your mouth and move your mouth from side to side. Relax your face.
Tighten the muscles in your face, as though you are angry. Hold this position for about five seconds and slowly release, putting your face back into its normal position. Repeat this four more times to exercise facial muscles which are seldom used.
Smile! Making sure to stretch as far as you can, aiming to reach each side of your ears. While doing this, open your eyes as wide as you can. Tighten your neck muscles while doing this. Hold for about five counts and then slowly relax.
Using the palm of your hand, gently pat your face all over for a few seconds to help increase blood flow. You may also use gentle pinching motions by taking some skin between your thumb and pointer and pinching in different areas of your face. This will work in the same way as patting.
There are many other facial exercises you can try. You will find exercises aimed at specific muscles to help you deal with specific problems like crow’s feet and nose lines. See what a difference these exercises can do to help you look younger.

Do you find your double chin to be annoying? Are you an exercise buff but can’t seem to find the perfect solution for your chubby cheeks? Are you happy because you lost a lot of weight, yet irritated at the sight of a turkey neck?
There are specific exercises which target parts of the face, so as much as possible, DO NOT make your own exercises. Some people who claim that they don’t need help eventually find out that mistakes are costly and sometimes irreversible. Such is one friend who insisted that a particular exercise worked on her chubby cheeks – until she discovered that instead of a little help from the “exercise”, her cheeks were beginning to sag – definitely not a good sign.
In Ebony Marshall's book entitled “Pretty Perfect: A Guide to the Understanding & Achieving a Slim Face and the Most Beautiful You!”, there are a lot of exercises that are covered– from chubby cheeks to double chins to fat necks and jowls. The exercises help to strengthen the muscles of our face and eliminate the excess fat in these problem areas. Plus, aside from exercises, she also talks about how to care for your skin to give it that youthful and healthy glow that will make your face slim and radiant.
There is one particular exercise that I really like; it’s called The Blowfish. This exercises targets the cheeks and can help with fat cheeks. To do the Blowfish, follow these instructions:
1. Face a mirror while you do this exercise.
2.
Close your mouth and fill your left cheek with air; hold for eight to ten seconds then relax your face.
3.
Next, fill your right cheek with air. Again, hold the position for the same amount of time, then relax.
4.
Next, fill both cheeks with air and again hold for eight to ten seconds. Relax.
Do the exercise for about five times. My youngest daughter is barely 2 years old, and she laughs whenever I do this exercise, so it’s as much fun for her too as it is for me.
There are a lot of helpful information you'll find in this book that's all about helping you achieve your goal of a beautiful and glowing face. Finally admitting that the “baby fat” on your face just won’t go away that easily, you decide to find natural means to eliminate at least some of the existing fat. But upon hearing that some exercises make you look worse instead of better, you decide to find better, common-sense and practical solutions first.
But before buying every book in the market, it is best to first know what your face shape is. Sometimes, a woman who thinks that she has a chubby face apparently just has the wrong set of hair. Some hairstyles can be very tricky, so know what the shape of your face is first. Look for pictures of people with the same face shape as yours and look at the face, not the hair. If you like it, copy it.
For instance, diamond shaped faces should definitely stay away from bangs. The forehead should not be hidden by hair because you need a show of forehead to balance off the face. Most any type of hairstyle will do for you. Men with diamond shaped faced can have hairstyles that can be tucked behind the ears. Experts say that it softens the features, especially the narrowness of the forehead and the jaw.
Women with round-shaped faces do best with hairstyles that are accentuated by layered cuts that start at the cheekbones and get longer to at least shoulder-length. Straight cut bangs can shorten your face to about one-third of the regular face shape – and that’s something we wouldn’t want. Should you want some bangs, have long, side-swept bangs that connect to the layers so that they will seem to make your face a little longer. For men, a haircut with some volume on top with a side part gives a narrower and longer look.
And oval-shaped ones? Kudos! For both men and women, you can get any type of cut that you want. It is the perfect shape, and almost all hairstyles match the oval-person. Just a note for oval-shaped face men: Though you are allowed to have any haircut you want, don’t let too much hair hang around your face as it would hide the perfect shape of your face. You’d want to flaunt that to the world, right?
Now if you still feel that you need a bedside book for your chubby cheeks, double chin or whatever face problem you deem important, then I suggest you have a read of Ebony Marshall's book, “Pretty Perfect: A Guide to the Understanding & Achieving a Slim Face and the Most Beautiful You!”. It's easy to understand and absolutely brilliant with more tips, including facial exercises designed to target specific areas of the face and neck. This book is exclusively available at http://www.fatfaceformula.com.
In history, a majority of great people have double chins – kings, queens, dukes and duchesses, emperors and the like. (Even Napoleon was said to have sported the look.) In some cultures, it is said that having a double chin ups a person’s status in their society – much like being part of royalty when endowed with seemingly two chins.
Unfortunately, in today’s world, having two chins just means one thing: Fat. As in, a fat pocket underneath the skin. This is mostly caused by being overweight (many double chins are actually caused by excess body fat and is an actual result of being overweight), sometimes caused by genetics (everyone has that small fat pocket under the chin, but is it more pronounced in immediate family or relatives?), and possibly caused by the aging process (thanks to gravity's pull and the skin's weakening elasticity).
To get rid of your double chin, start by changing to a healthier lifestyle and a proper diet. Eat fruits and vegetables (which are rich in antioxidants) and drink lots of water to help flush away unhealthy toxins out of the body.
You can also use chin wraps. There are several brands of chin wraps, many of them available in the market. It doesn’t matter which brand though, as they all work towards a common goal – to shrink most of the fat and the skin hanging around the skin. It even has an added bonus of resculpting your chin area.
Moreover, do regular exercises – both for your body and for your chin. Double chin exercises are specifically designed to strengthen your facial muscles. These exercises, coupled with other facial exercises are beneficial and inexpensive as you will need no other investment but your time and effort.
To find simple yet effective exercise, have a look-see at Ebony Marshall's book, “Pretty Perfect: A Guide to the Understanding & Achieving a Slim Face and the Most Beautiful You!” The ebook is well-written and easy to understand – no need for science books or dictionaries here.
